William Street, Port Stanley

The L&PS winds its way through Port Stanley squeezing between homes and seasonal cottages to reach its terminal on the beach.

In this view we are looking west across William St., a quiet residential avenue in the 1920's but also the main route to the casino and dance pavilion. One L&PS train is bound for the beach terminal while another waits on the siding for the tracks to clear so that it can begin its journey back to London.

Here we catch the London bound train as it crosses Maud St.
